In 2020 Optimus Steel, located in Beaumont, Texas, requested our support in relation to the automation of their labor system, where the hours reported and the weekly workflow schedule by the employee were not carried out through spreadsheets in excel and they were migrated to an application, being able to register daily, in turn, allowing the assignment of tasks by supervisors and facilitating the payment of payroll to the finance department.
Results
A robust application was created that allows uploading the number of working hours, regardless of the number of activities carried out within the working day. Likewise, it facilitates the management of payment schemes, integrating with other applications, such as Paylocity and SAP B1 for feeding payment information, human resources and production module. The application also helps with cost control and budget management by activities.
