Implementation of the virtual network platform in 8 of the 43 agencies, with the aim of enabling a contingency channel in the event of failures in the main link.
What was the impact?
Significant cost savings, displacing the need for a second link in these locations, since it was possible to cover 100% of the banking agency's operation through this managed communications channel.
This solution has been implemented for almost 3 years!
Currently, 100% Bank sends the information through the connectivity platform proposed by SOFTELINET, thus maintaining its operation in the event of a failure of the main links.
